These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV Gear website and subscription services. By subscribing to or using IPTV Gear, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
IPTV Gear provides subscription-based access to live television channels and on-demand content, delivered via internet streaming. Access is provided through account credentials or a playlist URL issued after purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use IPTV Gear services. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Use
Your login credentials are personal to you and tied to the connection limit of your chosen plan (1, 2, or 3 simultaneous connections). Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your credentials beyond your purchased connection limit is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment links sent to you after you confirm your desired plan via WhatsApp. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed for the selected term and do not auto-renew unless explicitly agreed.
5. Service Availability
While we target 99.9% uptime, IPTV Gear relies on internet infrastructure, upstream content providers, and third-party networks that are outside our direct control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use IPTV Gear to:
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the service without authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with our servers or content delivery systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
7. Content Disclaimer
IPTV Gear aggregates access to channels and on-demand content from upstream providers. Channel availability may vary over time due to licensing changes, regional restrictions, or provider updates, and is not guaranteed to remain identical throughout your subscription term.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, including credential sharing beyond plan limits or abusive behavior toward our support team, without obligation to refund remaining subscription time.
9. Limitation of Liability
IPTV Gear is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including content interruptions or device compatibility issues.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IPTV Gear after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
