2. How to Submit a Notice
Send DMCA notices to contact@iptvgear.us with the subject line "DMCA Notice." We review all valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified content.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any subscriber found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
5. No Guarantee of Content
IPTV Gear aggregates access to channels and content from upstream providers and does not host copyrighted content directly on our own servers. We cooperate with valid DMCA requests concerning access provided through our service.
